Caption: This EPOXI mission image of comet 103P/Hartley 2 was taken 21 days after Encounter (E+21d) using the Medium Resolution Instrument (MRI) and a clear filter. Science Team member Dr. Dennis Wellnitz combined two 60sec exposures. The mid-exposure time was 2010/11/25 23:40:18 UTC. The comet was 1.13 AU from the Sun and 0.15 AU (22.4 million km) from the spacecraft.
