Caption: Jeff Koterba, cartoonist for the Omaha World-Herald, has a new book coming out where one of the themes is about how the space program has impacted his life as a cartoonist. This cartoon was published 2? Sept 2009 in response to the press release about water on the moon as observed by the Deep Impact's High Resolution Instrument, Cassini's Infrared Mapping Spectrometer (VIMS), and the Moon Mineralogy Mapper (M3), an instrument aboard India's recently lost Chandrayaan-1 spacecraft.
